Billy and Bobby were brothers-in-law weren't they?
ReplyDeleteYep, Bobby's sister Johnny was married to Billy McGee. As I recall, Billy was killed in auto accident in early 60's. I wonder if the other fellow was one of his bird dog associates from New York State that visited periodically?

Deletedont recall Billy being killed in early 60's. May have confused with brother steve being killed in a carwreck in tupelo after returning from vietnam. late 60's early 70's
ReplyDeleteRight Thomas, Steve died 2 Oct 1973. He is buried at Ingram. There is also a William Milton McGee Jr. born 27 Apr 1933 died 4 May 1997 at Ingram.
